Hi, I'm Tiffeny!  Jiu Jitsu has been my passion for over 8 years, and I've been lucky enough to train under the incredible Romulo Caiado.

Two years ago, I took that passion and built an empowering women's Jiu Jitsu / Self-Defense class that's become a true sisterhood! 

Our team of passionate, experienced and highly skilled instructors are dedicated to guiding students of all ages and skill levels to reach their goals all while making Jiu Jitsu fun and rewarding!
